This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.
THE SEASON: Games will usually be played for 7-8 weeks. Games for the season will begin on December 1, 2018 and run through January 19. December games are at the main campus but January games this year will be at both New Danville campus and Locust Grove campus due to a scheduling conflict at the main campus gyms.
EQUIPMENT: Players should have a water bottle, comfortable shoes and shorts. A team shirt will be provided.
Registration Fee: Registration is $55.00 if completed prior to November 1, 2018. After that the registration fee will be $65.00.
Family Discount: First child $55.00 each additional child will be $30.00 Total paid by any family is $115.00. As of November 1st the fee is $65.00 for first child 30.00 for each additional child with a total paid by family of $125.00.
PARKING: Please honor the No Parking Signs located on the school campus. In order to maintain the safety of our children, there is no parking on the turf field parking lot. Any available parking on the turf field will be for handicapped use only. Thank you for respecting our campus and helping to make this a safe and enjoyable season.
RAINOUTS: If there is any question about weather, please check the website and/or expect a call/email from your coach. Each game will be called based on the conditions one hour prior to scheduled starting time. Efforts will be made to reschedule all cancelled games. MSO Director will notify the referees and all coaches. It will be the coach’s responsibility to notify all players. If it begins to rain after the start of a game, agreement is needed by both coaches to continue play. All games will cease at the first sighting of ANY LIGHTNING.
REFUND POLICY: We will refund registration fees minus the processing fee ($3.25) for any family that needs to drop out of the program prior to the first day of games. Please e-mail MSO if you need a refund.
